For my recent show, Revel, I purchased a watercolor notebook with 30 pages and did my best to fill it in time for the show. I only reached 12 paintings, but I plan on finishing the notebook. I let 3 go at the show and one sold on my instagram story, which leaves 8 left to be listed here. 
 
While working on this sketchbook, I tried to stick to things that I could paint from real life or from my imagination. "Smokey Night" is the only painting I did from a photo- it is a painting of my friend Noble behind the Met Market. 
 
The Coffee painting is painted with primarily coffee but was finished with some watercolor paint and pen to create more of a contrast.
